Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (1958), Francisco holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Berkeley, California, USA (1968), and post-graduate studies in Industrial Engineering. His experience includes being Head of Planning and Control at FENSA and a Research Engineer at COPEC; Consultant in Engineering and Industrial Projects; a Professor and Researcher at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He has been CEO and President of Gamma Ingenieros since 1968 and has widespread experience in industrial projects, in corporate management, optimization and reengineering processes, and in strategic planning. He is a specialist in the efficient use of conventional and renewable energies.

Fernando holds a degree in Civil Industrial 
Engineering from Universidad Católica de Chile (1968) and a post-graduate degree in Economic Engineering from the Universidad de Chile. During the course of his career he has been a Researcher and Professor of the Mechanical Engineering major at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile; the Production Manager at Industrias Eléctricas Omicrón SA.; an Engineer at CADE Consultants and CADE IDEP and the Manager of Constructora “Socoanto Ltda”. He specializes in process optimization, feasibility studies and market and cost research and in strategic planning advisory as well as business management in general.

A Mechanical Engineer graduated
from the Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María (UTFSM), Energy mention (2016). “Federico Santa María” award as the best graduate of the 2016 generation. He completed an ISO 50.001 implementation course. He has been a Project Engineer at Gamma Ingenieros since may 2017 and he has expertise in energy efficiency and fuel savings projects, cogeneration technologies pre-feasability, energy markets, Natural Gas distribution studies, asset valuation and IFRS modeling.

Mechanical Engineer from the Pontificia 
Universidad Católica de Chile (1978) with a Diploma in Business Management from the Universidad de Chile (1984). A Senior Executive with over 45 years of experience in high-level project management, comprehensive mining operations, and new business development. He began his professional career at Gamma Ingenieros and he has returned to the firm as a Senior Business Management Consultan.
He specializes in high-complexity operations management, international joint ventures, and oversight of investments exceeding US$ 100 million. His current focus is to develop operational efficiency solutions and process optimization, delivering a direct impact on clients' EBITDA.

Raúl is an Aeronautical Engineer from the 
Military Technical Academy (Academia Politécnica Militar). He was the former Head of the Fuels Division at the Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels (SEC-Superintendencia de Electricidad y Combustibles). His business career also includes: Industrial Projects Engineer, Projects Engineer and Consultant at Gamma Ingenieros since 1996. He has ample experience in the design of electrical and fuel installations and is skilled in Chilean and foreign regulations regarding fuels and electric power. He holds wide-ranging experience in materials certification, in projects, in the implementation and technical inspection of work sites, as well as in determining the risk matrixes for oil pipelines, and gas pipelines, the integrity of fuel networks. He was a Professor of Building Installations in the Energy Area of the School of Architecture at the Universidad de Chile (2009) and a Professor of the Masters in Energy Economics, MEE, at UTFSM.

A Civil Chemical Engineer graduated from the
Universidad de Concepción (1997), with broad experience as Plant Engineer in thermoplastic processing companies such as Tehmco S.A. and Teconplas S.A., in charge of the areas of production planning, operations and control and maintenance, Eduardo is knowledgeable in the implementation, certification and maintenance of the ISO 9001 system. He was formerly Project Engineer in the environmental area at Gamma Ingenieros and currently works in the energy sector.

Rafael pursued two years of Industrial Engineering Implementation at UTEM. He has been Gamma’s draughtsman since 2008. He completed the Technical Site Inspector (ITO) program approved by the Chilean Chamber of Commerce. He has comprehensive knowledge of various CAD programs and experience in the development of network projects for Gas Natural, gas pipelines and oil pipelines. He also has experience in road projects and public services.
Gamma also has the support of a group of Professionals and Companies with whom it joins forces for specific studies or projects which complement its expertise.
